We understand that the transition to our new Savings Reserve may raise questions about your available funds.

Here’s are some important considerations:

  1. Withdraw Your Funds: If you prefer not to move your savings to Maza Savings Reserve, you can withdraw your funds before July 7th using AllPoint network ATMs or other banking networks. Each bank reserves the right to apply fees or charges for their services*.

  2. Transfers via Apps: If you decide to transfer your funds our of Maza, you may use PayPal, CashApp, and Venmo, or any other peer-to-peer payment platform that accepts Visa.

  3. ACH Transfers: In addition to traditional withdrawal options, you will be able to send your funds from Maza to another bank account. For more information, feel free to check out this article where we explain how to do it here.

If none of these options apply to you, the available funds in your account will be sent to the address registered in the MAZA app via a check. The check issuance process can take between 40 and 60 days, and after that, you will receive the check at your doorstep within 1 to 2 weeks.

If you need help deciding what to do with your funds before July 7th, don’t hesitate to contact us. We are here for you 24 hours a day.
