If at any time you encounter a problem when using one of the All Point Network ATMs, either you do not receive your cash or the withdrawal does not go through correctly, here are detailed instructions to resolve the situation:
If the problem occurs at an All Point Network, ATM:
Verify the All Point Network from your Maza App: Make sure the ATM you went to is part of the All Point Network. You can verify this from your Maza App.
If you don't receive your money, get a receipt: In case you make a withdrawal, but don't receive the cash, make sure you get a receipt from the ATM. On this receipt, you will find a phone number to call to report the problem.
Call the phone number on the receipt: If the teller did not deliver your money, call the phone number on the receipt. The number is +1 (800) 809-0308. There you will receive instructions on how to get your money back and resolve the issue.
Report the issue through the App chat: If the solution is not immediate, or you are instructed to contact your bank, contact us through the Maza App chat to let us know what happened.
If the problem occurs at an ATM outside the All Point ATM Network:
Take note of the ATM location and details: make sure you have the address and other details of the ATM where the error occurred.
Contact the ATM network: Contact the ATM network to which the ATM in question belongs and explain what happened.
Follow the ATM network's instructions: They will guide you on the steps to follow to solve the problem.
Get assistance through the App chat: If you do not get a positive solution from the ATM network, you can also contact us through the Maza App chat for additional assistance.
