With a Maza account, you will be able to access your funds as soon as we receive your direct deposit, which is usually faster than other payment methods (such as physical checks) or any other bank-to-bank transfer.

Payroll speed varies depending on your employer or vendor and/or the company they use to manage the payroll process. When we receive a direct deposit, it will be reflected in your transaction history.

If you do not see the deposit reflected in your account, we have not yet received it from your employer or vendor. In this case, we recommend that you contact your employer immediately, as they will have all the information.

Could there have been an error?

You must take into account certain parameters for this transaction to be successful, and you can see it reflected in your balance. For example, the account number and routing must be correct, to find this information, follow these simple steps:

  1. Enter your Maza App and select Home

  2. Select: Add funds to this account

Please note that this information must match the information you provided to your employer.

  • You should also note that your name on the payroll must match the name you are registered with on your Maza account.

  • Your employer must confirm that they have sent your direct deposit in the current pay period to your Maza account, we can verify this information with the pay stub issued by your company's payroll department.
